Response 1 (1 paragraph):

Human survival is not possible without women or men; therefore, they have completely equal roles. But inequality and discrimination against women have existed since the beginning of human creation. “Women are emotional and born to raise children and so by that, they did not contribute in any significant role that changed history.” In the past, due to the physical strength of men and the pregnancy and childcare by the women, the duties were separated. Unfortunately, this way of thinking still remains in many countries, but in the United States, based on the many struggles that happened and according to the constitution, women received equal rights as men have almost the same rights as men. But there are still some problems, for example, many jobs are divided between men and women. “Men tend to outnumber women in professions such as law enforcement, the military, and politics. Women tend to outnumber men in care-related occupations such as childcare, healthcare (even though the term “doctor” still conjures the image of a man), and social work.

Response 2 (1 paragraph):

Women have come a long way when it comes to how we are viewed in society. In most parts of the world, women have been targeted as weak and fragile with little to no importance in men’s life. Too many countries see women as second-class citizens; women even come second to children and prisoners. Women have suffered through centuries, while other countries idealized women and see us for our power and strength, most countries do not. However, speaking about how women have been viewed in the United States since the Americas have been discovered is needless to say, dreadful. Women have been looked down upon, let alone been suffering mental, physical, and emotional abuse from society and men for centuries. Fortunately, women have been evolving in the social ladder, slowly but surely. We have had major involvement in politics and changes in laws that strictly benefit women. Although we have had major evolutions, we are not yet equal to men, when it comes to pay or how we are looked at in society. Men have not let women move up in the new world and find new ways to continuously depreciate us and the power that we hold.
