M.M. undergoes a cardiac catheterization procedure revealing 90% occlusion of the inferior coronary artery and a cardiac ejection fraction of 39%. He undergoes a percutaneous stent placement during this hospitalization. He was discharged from hospital the following day. M.M. presents back to your primary care office. He is unsure of the directions that he was discharged with.
