Take the time to research current laws, rules, policies and/or guidelines that are in place to prevent human resource or ethical violations in the workplace. You are required to identify five laws, rules, policies and/or guidelines that are applicable to your specific field as well as analyze how they make an impact. The impact can be a beneficial one or a nonexistent one but either way you must defend your accusation.
