Planned Change Paper -The objective of the present assignment entails (a) the identification of a healthcare inefficiency, problem, or issue that needs change; (b) utilization of a change model to elucidate a realistic change; (c) identification of the fact that the alteration aligns with the healthcare organization’s values, vision, and mission; (c) development of a change strategy to guide initiation, management and implementation of the change; as well as (d) illustrate functions and roles of the persons that are going to facilitate the change.

Planned Change Paper Requirements:

• The Planned Change Paper will be graded on quality of paper information, use of citations, use of Standard English grammar, sentence structure, and organization based on the required components.
• Create the review using Microsoft (MS) Word, which is the required format for all Chamberlain documents. You can tell that the document is saved as an MS Word document because it will end in .docx.
• Submit to the appropriate CCN Dropbox by 11:59 p.m. MT on Sunday of the week due. Any questions about this paper may be discussed in the weekly Q & A Discussion topic.
