GI: Abdomen round, soft, with bowel sounds noted in all four quadrants.

GU: Deferred

Musculoskeletal: Crepitus noted bilateral knees, fluid wave noted to Rt knee

Integumentary: Skin warm and dry, No rashes noted

Neuro: Follows commands without difficulty
