For this week’s discussion, search the internet for a photo of a person doing an activity that you like to do that involves movement. For example running, swimming or dancing. Cut and paste your photo into your discussion. Pick one leg (right or left) and one arm (right or left) from your photo. You will use that arm and leg when answering some of the questions below.

What is the action that is happening in the photo?

Using the terms for movements at the joints on page 116 in your text, describe what is happening at the arm (shoulder, elbow and wrist) that you selected.

Looking at the leg you selected, pick a joint and identify what bones articulate at that joint. Also list two muscles that can move that joint.
