Such a program should be implemented to satisfy the situation that Craig is attempting to deal with.The director of Countryside Care Center needs a program that is similar to that implemented at Wyandot County Nursing Home. This is because the program was not only practically justifiable but also financially justifiable. It would also ensure the fulfillment of the main aim of an ergonomic program, which is to ensure the establishment of a safer workplace (Spellman & Whiting, 2005). The current situation that Craig is facing is similar to the one that he dealt with before in most ways such as being a nursing home that is facing similar problems as the previous one. In addition, the Countryside Care Center also has the issue of injuries that are related to lifting of residents. Therefore, implementation of the no-lift program would be effective especially if this nursing home could ask the employees for input with regard to how the program could be implemented for maximal outcome. This program would be very effective in reducing the compensation expenses because the injuries would reduce. These injuries are mostly caused by the weight that the nurse aides are supposed to lift manually. Therefore, introduction of the no-lift program would ensure that the employees have more working hours since the frequency of injuries would be reduced by this program. In addition, the time required to perform a manual lift would be reduced, as one nurse was needed to find another individual to help with the task leading to wastage of additional time.When deciding to implement this program
