Innovative Technology Utilized

During my travel nursing career, I came across a broad spectrum of technology being used to enhance nursing. Sometimes the technology actually did the opposite and added to the daily workload. One of the great perks at my current hospital is that we get assigned a smartphone at the start of the day. They are not iPhones or anything like that, but they do enhance communication in many ways.
