Your company plans to begin working with similar companies in Spain, Germany, and France (or choose three of your own countries to compare to the USA). Over the next few months, all employees will work with employees from the partnering businesses.

Since nonverbal communication is an important part of internal customer service, your supervisor has asked you to create a slideshow in PowerPoint. This presentation will be shown at your next staff meeting so make it informative and eye-catching!

1. Research the differences and similarities in nonverbal communication in Spain, Germany, and France (or the countries you chose). Be sure to identify your three countries in some way.
2. Include an introductory slide to define what nonverbal communication is.
3. Include information on handshakes, personal space, facial expressions, and two other types of nonverbal communication that you identify as important in those cultures.
4. Include one image per slide that supports the information you are discussing. Make sure your images are sharp and interesting.
5. Include a bibliography/references slide to cite the websites (or books—how old-fashioned! ;-)) from which you got your information. You should include at least two sources. Be sure to format your citations correctly (Links to an external site.).
