Assignment: Goals, Objectives, and the Teaching Plans NSG

Once a teacher has figured out what he is teaching, he can determine some specific goals for the course, then turn those goals into objectives.

Assignment: Goals, Objectives, and the Teaching Plans NSG 4028The difference between a goal and an objective is that a goal gives a direction, but an objective is measurable. Objectives give us ways to assess the students’ progress. They also define the scope of the goal. When the teacher sees that class has mastered the material, he can move on to other teaching points with confidence.
