Saliva and Gastric Juice.

First, saliva which contain salivary amylase (an enzyme) produced by salivary glands.

Second, Gastric juice is an example of chemical produced by our stomach to digest the foods we ate and resulted to chyme. (semifluid mass expelled by the stomach)
