This week you will create a voice-over Microsoft® PowerPoint® that will summarize your renovation for your stakeholders.

Create a 12- to 15-slide voice-over Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation of your project that includes the following information:

  • Identify stakeholders that would need to be involved in this project.
    • What role do these stakeholders plan in this project?
  • Explain your design choice.
    • What was your rationale for your design choice?
  • Explain your planning needs during this renovation.
  • Explain your planning goal during this renovation.
  • Describe high-level changes you made to your building.
  • Provide a cost estimates for the operation room (OR) in your facility.
    • Provide a chart containing each item in the room, the items’ estimated cost, and a total for the items in the OR.
  • Explain how you would handle the budget planning when it does not meet the original budget.
  • Describe what you learned from completing your own floor plan
    • What would you do differently next time you renovate this type of building?
