Analyze the challenges and potential solutions in current medical training specifically related to simulated clinical experience. Discuss at least 3 simulators.

Clinical learning is one of integral parts of nursing education as the students are mostly exposed to the clinical learning environment. Nurses need to be trained before being integrated into a nursing set-up environment to perform what they had learned while in medical training. During simulation, the student is usually presented with a real case and full responsibility for the patient this present a challenge as there would be an unreasonable expectation from the student. The solution to this challenge is that student nurses should not be presented with the expectation that they would not be able to meet as this makes them depressed. The other problem is complying with specific hospital protocols by the nursing students (McGaghie et al., 2010). The solution for this is ensuring that some hospital protocols are not to be followed by the students as this will limit their learning. The other challenge is that trainee nurses usually lack confidence when offering their services to the patients. This can be solved through effective education provided to the students to improve their skills and knowledge in administering health care services………
