Problem-oriented clinical nursing problems are those issues that nurses encounter while in their nursing practice as well as those problems related to patient care like the prevention of trauma, support, promoting the recovery process, provision of patient comfort, health screening, assessments and appraisals as well as health education. Selecting a clinical nurse problem requires the evaluation of three main dimensions: scientific dimensions, social or personal dimensions.
